• Room rates are subject to revision by the hotels as the conference dates approach.
• The quoted rates are net rates per room per night. Charges for children and additional occupants, if applicable, will be as per the respective hotel's policy.
• Room reservations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
• Payments should be made to Mysore Ophthalmic Trust. Payment details are provided below. Kindly share proof of payment with koscon2026.acc@gmail.com.
• Refunds in the event of cancellation will be governed by the respective hotel's cancellation policy and applicable GST regulations.
• Conference Registration is mandatory for Accommodation Registration.
• Once the payment and registration are completed, please wait for Approval.
• Upload the Scanned Copy of Payment while Registering.

Note:

Advisory: As Mysuru is a popular tourist destination, and the conference period coincides with the peak travel season when both domestic and international tourists are expected to visit (late November to early December), hotel demand is likely to be high. Delegates are therefore strongly encouraged to book their accommodation at the earliest to secure their preferred hotel and room category. Please also note that hotel tariffs may increase closer to the conference dates due to seasonal demand and recent revisions in labor and operational costs.
